U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) is thrilled to announce that Commissioner Laura Nichols-Samms, a distinguished member of our commission, has been elected as the Second Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Conference of Regulatory Utilities Commissioners (MACRUC).

The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission held an Emergency Meeting on Tuesday, July 23, 2024. The Commission began the public session and immediately rose into Executive Session. The Commission discussed pending litigation matters and offered direction to its counsel. No motions were made or action was taken while in Executive Session.
