U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC or Commission) invites the public to attend upcoming Listening Sessions. PSC staff will be receiving comments and testimonies about LibertyVI Wireless (Liberty) quality of
services, performance, and the experiences of Liberty subscribers.
PSC Docket 699 was ordered by the Commission in February 2024, to address issues of concerns by LibertyVI Wireless subscribers. The Commission encourages ratepayers to attend the Sessions, meet with our Utility Complaints Team, and engage with and learn
about the agency and how we service our community.
Due to limited time and space, registration to provide testimony is required. Participants are strongly encouraged to provide written testimony and documentation as well.
The deadline to register is April 14, 2024. Comments can be emailed to psc.info@psc.vi.gov or mailed and/or hand delivered to:
