U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) used its regular meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, to advance its statutory review of ferry rates and services between St. Thomas and St. John. The review is being conducted under Docket 691 in accordance with the Commission’s legal obligation to investigate the rates and services of
regulated utilities at least once every five years.

The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) recently concluded a two-day series of public hearings on St. John (February 2) and St. Thomas (February 3) as part of Docket No. 691, the investigation into ferry service rates and operations between St. Thomas and St. John.
