Commission) met for its regular meeting on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

U.S. Virgin Islands – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC or the Commission) held its monthly regular meeting yesterday, which extended for several hours as commissioners and stakeholders engaged in in-depth discussions on a broad range of regulatory, operational, and strategic matters—all concerning the Water and Power Authority (WAPA or the Authority).

U.S. Virgin Islands — the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) addressed ongoing ferry franchise rate proceedings, reviewed the status of recent public hearings, clarified next procedural steps in the rate-setting process, and acknowledged receipt of a petition for reconsideration concerning hearing examiner fee assessments in Docket No. 691.
