U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) has approved the
recertification of several local telecommunications providers, ensuring continued federal support
for critical communications infrastructure across the territory.

U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) convened on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to address critical energy procurement matters affecting the Territory, including challenges in the ongoing Request for Proposals (RFP) process for liquid
propane gas (LPG) supply and delivery, interim contractual agreements, and the forthcoming generation RFP overseen by the Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR).
