U.S. Virgin Islands — During its regular meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) received updates from the Waste Management Authority (WMA) regarding ongoing efforts to strengthen operations, stabilize finances, and advance long-term solid waste solutions across the Territory.

U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) approved a temporary 66-cent per-ticket emergency fuel surcharge for the St. Thomas/St. John Ferry, Franchise operators during its June meeting. The surcharge will remain in effect for 90 days and was approved alongside a waiver of the standard 30-day public notice requirement.

US VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC or the
Commission) convened for its regular meeting on Tuesday, April 8, 2025, to hear testimony and
receive updates on various energy-related matters.

U.S. Virgin Islands — the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) addressed ongoing ferry franchise rate proceedings, reviewed the status of recent public hearings, clarified next procedural steps in the rate-setting process, and acknowledged receipt of a petition for reconsideration concerning hearing examiner fee assessments in Docket No. 691.

U.S. Virgin Islands — the Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) received detailed updates and took action on several significant energy matters affecting the territory, including consultant selection for electric utility oversight, infrastructure modernization efforts by the Virgin Islands Water and Power Authority (WAPA), outstanding streetlight receivables, and
developments in the WAPA base rate investigation (Docket No. 706).
