016-25 (PSC Cancels December Regular Meeting)

U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) convened on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, to address critical energy procurement matters affecting the Territory, including challenges in the ongoing Request for Proposals (RFP) process for liquid
propane gas (LPG) supply and delivery, interim contractual agreements, and the forthcoming generation RFP overseen by the Office of Disaster Recovery (ODR).

U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) continued its review of the St. John ferry franchise rate investigation during its regular Meeting held on August 11, 2026.

U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) approved a temporary 66-cent per-ticket emergency fuel surcharge for the St. Thomas/St. John Ferry, Franchise operators during its June meeting. The surcharge will remain in effect for 90 days and was approved alongside a waiver of the standard 30-day public notice requirement.

U.S. Virgin Islands — The Virgin Islands Public Services Commission (PSC) voted during its June meeting to retain the current Levelized Energy Adjustment Clause (LEAC) rate of 22.2226 cents
per kilowatt-hour (kWh) from July 1 through September 30, 2026.
